Every installation is hand-styled with care, by the same person who answers your enquiry. From the first conversation to the final balloon, you'll be working with the heart of the studio — making sure your event feels exactly the way you imagined.

Booking Agreement

Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days before the event date.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. Bookings may be transferred to a new date once. Cancellations within 7 days of the event require full payment.

Delivery & Installation

Delivery and installation are included or itemised in your quote. Clear access to the venue and setup area is required.

Fixings

The client must approve the use of hooks, fixings, or adhesives before installation. Minor surface damage may occur and is the client's responsibility.

Safety

Balloons are decorative only. Children must be supervised at all times around balloon displays. Balloons pose a choking hazard.

Outdoor Events

Outdoor installations are subject to weather conditions. Air & Glow reserves the right to modify or cancel outdoor setups if conditions are deemed unsafe.

Damage & Props

Responsibility for all items and installations transfers to the client upon completion of setup. Any damage after installation is the client's responsibility.

Allergies & Photography

Latex allergies must be declared before booking. Air & Glow may photograph installations for portfolio and social media use unless the client declines in advance.

By paying the deposit, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
